What you will do

As a Remote Support Engineer on our Cybersecurity Team, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening and supporting the security infrastructure of our clients. You’ll work across operational and design functions, depending on your experience level.

Operational Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for cybersecurity issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents, including malware and intrusions

• Configure and maintain security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security)

• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and assessments

• Monitor security alerts and logs, responding to incidents swiftly

Design Responsibilities

• Design cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements

• Develop security architecture and documentation

• Evaluate new technologies for integration

• Draft and refine security policies and risk frameworks

• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate on technical strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficient understanding of networks, protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS, threat detection tools, and firewalls

• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or CISA are a plus
